My green walk along Dance Lane
Tai chi for me in the morning and then my Parkinson’s nurse came in the afternoon. We had a good meeting and she was happy with how I’d adapted my medication choices to make them work for me. I’m usually good in the mornings but can still suffer from some stomach cramps in the afternoon. But it’s livable with and much easier than the very bad cramps I got in the early days.
I needed my walk and chance to watch the nature events unfolding. I still find talking about my health a stressful experience and felt much better by the time I got back home.
The nature events largely centred on butterflies. It was windy and most of the characters in play couldn’t stay still for long enough for me to get a photograph. The small white in my Blipfoto did stay still, but also partially hidden. Meadow Browns were still there but the ones I saw were getting to look a bit past their best - they are never still at the moment. I also spotted a rather ragged looking comma. Whether it was the same one that I photographed earlier in the week I couldn’t say. And I think there was a small tortoiseshell but it passed by and didn’t return.
I felt much better by the time I got home.
