Costa Coffee

The independent coffee shop isn't opening early this week due to staff holidays.  I met Elaine in Costa instead.

I like the colourful wall at the back of the shop and grabbed an iced latte to take back to the office as well.  

After feedback from our staff survey that.the process takes too long, I have been invited to a workshop next week by the group looking at our recruitment and onboarding processes. 

Consent to recruit into a vacancy requires form filling and is a 3 person sign off AND  we need a project group to look at why it is slow. Enough said.
