I drove Joe Miller to Norman Levy this morning so that we could run with some VSN kids (really just Phil and Jake). I love them.

We did an awesome interval thing up the hill and I felt great.

We stopped at the Mepham XC car wash on the way home. Gotta support your friends, even if you have to race against them. They'd do the same for us.

Sign-making with the girls at Jaclyn's house. Freshman Orientation is almost upon us.

I went for a second run around 4:00. I ran 5 miles in nothing but orange short shorts and shoes with wings on them. It was great.

The rest of the night was spent at my uncle's house to celebrate my cousins' birthday a few days ago. I love them so much.
