The garden bus stop

This feature in our garden was built by the previous owners in a spot that catches the last of the evening light. The front walls have a heart shaped design in the brickwork.

We’ve always affectionately referred to it as the bus stop and it has mostly been used to house garden chairs, garden games, bikes, balls, wellies and at one point a table tennis table.

But a few years ago I cleared it out and added a dartboard, garden table and chairs. Here is Ben reminding himself how to play in the evening sunshine.

Highlight of my day though was briefly seeing Lois and her daughter Zeynah looking so happy.
