Ready for bed

A few weeks ago I set up a few of Kara’s soft toys on her bed. She decided they ALL needed to be up there. In fact, there is one missing because she brought him downstairs. But he’s back up now safe and sound.

Handed over a project at work today to a more junior, but very capable, person on our team. I was very impressed that they immediately asked about how the other teams on the project ask for our support and do their give fair timescales. Not always. Well I’ll make sure of that they said. Often we are the last piece of the puzzle and as a result we are the ones with the shortest timescales because they’ve been used up by others. I’m sure they’ll do just fine on their new project.
