Watendlath tarn

Great day along the eastern side of Derwentwater today - and despite the promise of sunshine and no rain, the weather managed to throw a little rain, and remarkably little sunshine. Still winds were moderate, and it stayed mild.

For this shot - taken mid-afternoon, I used a big stopper (10-stop) ND filter, to give a 30-second exposure, and a .75 ND grad over the to keep the detail in the sky - which was surprisingly bright.
