An intriguing sky …

…………………… heralding the weather that’s due to arrive tomorrow. Maybe more snow!

The most significant happening today which I was delighted about, was that my drain (I’m laughing writing this) finally got unblocked after 4 weeks of problems and frustration! What a relief. We suspect that something has been frozen underground, and that it all backed up. I’m so glad that’s sorted. The best hint that the plumbing guy gave me today, after he’d asked me to run the hot water into the kitchen sink, was that that’s always a good idea.
I’d tried boiling water & detergent & baking soda, which had helped a little. Phew!
