Miss Edna Amaryllis

The third stem on my Amaryllis from Miss Edna is now blooming.

This morning Kent & I lowered the flag pole so that we could remove the old weather station and install the new one. The old weather station had begun to give dodgy readings over the past month so it could no longer be relied upon.

I then topped off the water in the birdbath & both the fountains & then finished setting up a Christmas Tree I had made for a family member. I needed to get the ground stakes for it set up before I could say it was finished so that is what I was doing. I’m going to leave it set up for a couple of days to ensure it is working like I want it to.

The heat & humidity had me soaking wet after doing just those few things!! Ugh

Inside for the rest of the day. I worked on picking a few more things for the house like sinks, faucets, door handles etc …
