the garden

i saw it from - my windows and then - scurried down to the - garden to see if - i would be able to - capture it on any flower - you never know if - fortune will be with - you or not - or if your butterfly stalking - will have any effect - fortunately i found her/him - having a snack on - the nearly gone chives

the same ones on which - i snapped my previous - swallowtail butterfly which made - me wonder if they - have a thing for chives - or perhaps the color pink - either way i was grateful - it was a different - kind of pose than - i typically find myself - snapping and my continued - stalking pays off leading to…
