Let the road trip commence

Today was the start of our family road trip.
The first stop was Watford (not very exotic) for the Harry Potter studios. As we have been burnt too many times by the M25 we left plenty of time, this resulted in us being 2 1/2 hours early for our tour!!! So we decided to find somewhere local to eat, hence the picture. We found a nice sandwich shop called Deli-licious lol!! Food was ok; despite the name and it filled the required time before our tour.
The tour was fantastic although you could seriously haemorrhage money there!!!
After the tour and expensive trip to the shop!! We set off for our first port of call in Biscester, the Premier Inn is very nice; a brand new one. The nearby Biscester shopping village is a little pretentious though. Dinner was had in Carluccios (very underwhelmed) but filled a big gap in my stomach.
Now just to see whether Premier Inn succeed in their good night sleep guarantee.
Tomorrow we are off to Warwick Castle - no need for the wet weather plan.......Yet!!!!
