Second poppy

Appearing in the garden, this one has come up in a pot where it’s not supposed to be but never mind I’m always pleased to see them.

Quite a small flower and I thought the centre and stamen were good for a Tiny Tuesday macro shot.

Pilates this morning and although it is much cooler today it still felt very sticky inside. Lunch at Woodbank, a good specials board menu for a change and we ( my friend and I ) enjoyed Haddock and Prawn chowder.
