Mickey's Favorite Toy

After a frost it started of sunny. By 9:30am the dark clouds rolled in and it like that stayed for most of the day and it was cold.

I had my physio's appointment before my hydrotherapy class. She was good and tested my legs because of the numbness. Said I should see my GP as soon as I could. I made a booking last week and the earliest appointment was for July 10. I was given some exercises to help the bursitis of the hip. I did too much on Thursday at the pool and upset it. I didn't get any more pool sessions... I was told to go to the public pool. She wants to see me after I have seen my GP. 

The last session in the pool was good. I took it very easy. There were just four of us. It is a shame people can't be bothered turning up. 

Mickey sure loves this little bear. It is funny watching him playing with it.
