Another hot one

You wouldn’t think I had anything else to wash but another two loads of clothing were washed and dried today. The ironing pile grows ever higher!

I decided to take Phin to Dalkeith this morning and it was the right decision as it was lovely and cool in the woods.

After lunch I put away the sheets and towels and decided to wash some of Phin’s toys. He seems quite unconcerned that they’re hanging by their ears!

I’ve spent the afternoon and early evening finishing off the shawl I started. I’ll need to figure out a way to block it as the edges are curling quite a lot. I’ll blip it later in the week. I finished casting off with less than an inch of wool left. Phew!
