I got up extra early to start litter picking before it got too hot. Tricia came and later Paul and there was so many cans and bottles because of the heatwave.
We found a lot of prescription drugs, and the repeat prescription sheets, that had been torn into tiny pieces, but we diligently picked them up and eventually managed to find the name and address etc, so a welfare check was requested from social services.
Back home to drink lots. And hang out the washing.
I had a headache in the afternoon, probably the weather, so needed a nap.
