Such a hot hot day today and my back is not enjoying it. Our Ocado order has just arrived. Not much shopping for a lot of money. Rob went to his day centre group this morning. I wrote a sermon. We have spent time watching Alcaraz on the opening day of Wimbledon. He has to win the fifth set to stay in the championship. The portable air con unit is operational.
