The Red Dress.

A trip to Oakwell Hall to catch the last day of the Red Dress being exhibited there.
Beautiful and moving.

“The Red Dress is an internationally celebrated, collaborative embroidery project created by British artist Kirstie Macleod. Since 2009, it has brought together over 300 women from 51 countries, many from marginalised communities, to share their stories through stitch. The result is a breathtaking garment woven with messages of love, equality, peace, and the rich diversity of global embroidery traditions.”

And great to catch up with Barbara and Iain.
