Camoflaged

I nearly didn't see this!  

Google ilens says its a 'tropical white', but I believe its a cabbage white.  Anyone else??  Colour version in extra (and i couldn't decide whther to blip colour or mono for this.

After a hunt, I found the challenge for this week's 'mono monday', but I'm not sure if it goes with that either.....

Long, hot day working from home at 32 degrees C bleugh (and all a fan does is blow hot air around the room :( ).  Off for a lie down in a dark cold hot room....

Any suggestions for how to keep cool in this heat gratefully received....

(and I know I shouldn't complain as its due to the ozone layers etc. but its hard to work in these conditions (if I went to the office there is no air-conditioning in our old building either!))
