Common spotted orchid

I am not great on flower identification but at least I knew this was an orchid. Apparently it is the common spotted orchid. I thought I would be staying indoors most of the day again due to the oppressive heat but, in fact, I had a phone call about the hygiene products we have been collecting for the food bank. I was able to deliver them to their depot and then, as there is no more painting group until September, I decided I would go along to this is Mrs TT's yoga session. Although it was quite hot, the session was not too strenuous and I enjoyed it. I watched some Wimbledon in the afternoon. Tonight I am meant to be playing at 7:30 pm when it supposedly  will be cooler. However, I'm not sure it will be.
