The Singleton, a 15 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky of Glen Ord. The Distillery celebrated 175 years of production last Saturday. I went along to join in the celebrations and bought a raffle ticket in aid of the Highland Hospice. I'm never lucky at raffles but imagine my delight on receiving a phonecall that evening to tell me I had won this bottle. At £45 a bottle I will certainly enjoy it in moderation.
