Walking

Had a lovely walk in the Welsh countryside with a group of fabulous supportive women. A time to be in nature, get physically tired, talk, be silent, cry and laugh.
We encountered sheep being moved between fields although sadly I didn’t manage to capture the leaping is many of the lambs as they went past. Also a strange stile, because why not.


Most of the women knew Folkie and one of the extras is from a walk last year when the cake shop at the end of a long walk was closed (thanks to Natalie for sharing).
