A Little Battered……

…… But still lovely. This camellia has just started to flower in my garden. The last few very rainy days have wreaked havoc with the few brave flowers in the garden. And there is more rain predicted for later this week.
I am very sorry for the many folk over the ranges in Tasman, particularly the Motueka area, who have been disastrously affected by the appalling weather. The same goes for Nelson city and environs. Their area has been hit hard as well. The clean-up and restoration of the land and properties will, I fear, take a very long time. Arohanui. Kia kaha.
