Yellow Shield, Downside

Young1 and I found these lovely little fungi today.

They are quite small, approx 1 cm across the cap. We found them on a well rotted fallen tree trunk in an area where we have found some nice fungi before. The preferred habitat for this fungi is Elm so I have to assume that the fallen trunk was an elm tree.
