At the allotment

A nice morning tidying, weeding, watering- and I picked my first courgette. I find I have to keep changing positions to stay comfortable, a bit of standing and bending, some sitting in a chair, some sitting on the ground, some kneeling. I took this while sitting on the ground, looking up through where the lavender and the crocosmia Lucifer cross over. 
I talked to my cousin who is 7 years older than me about what she remembers of my mum in my early childhood.  Which is something important that I’m currently thinking about in counselling. Incredibly helpful. 
In the evening I watched Kneecap at Glastonbury. I found myself really liking some of what they are saying and doing. The teenager that’s still inside me, I suppose.
