Sunday Funday ...

... whilst kayaking at Minsi Lake.

Today dawned with stunning sunshine, little wind and nice warm temps.  So after breakfast we headed up to Minsi Lake for a wonderful paddle around the lake.

As Richard was setting up our kayak I was photographing whatever I could.  And then along came this lovely Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Nala! She was going after the ball that her people were throwing out into the lake ... time after time after time.  And she was loving it.  Please have a look at Nala full screen.

And we absolutely loved our paddle around the lake.  The sun was very intense at times but we still enjoyed ourselves.  I took lots of pictures as there was lots to see.  I've added a collage in Extras of three such shots.  The photo on left is of a Double-crested Cormorant and the side photos are both of Halloween pennant dragonflies.
