Baking day.

Out early again with Stanley before it got too warm.
We’re having our Canadian visitors on Saturday and Carolyn is gluten intolerant so today I made a couple of gluten-free recipes - a quiche and fruit scones. The consistency of the flour is different to normal flour and I found it quite difficult to work with, although the end products look good the proof will be in the eating.
