River Wharfe

After a day inside yesterday it was inevitable l would come out and find some fresh air.
Once again to Grassington and to my favourite cafe there for an almond croissant and a good coffee.
I had to put it in extras to have a memento of how wonderful it tasted.
Good to see the river was much higher than a week ago.

Went home via Skipton, that was a mistake it was Sheep Day and the high street was closed. Sheep Day probably has some historical connections with sheep farming but in total l saw five sheep and one goat. The rest of the street was strewn with deckchairs, live entertainment and mobile food vendors , the place was heaving.
Home now after changing buses at Ilkley. Still full four hours later . 
Feet up and will be watching Glastonbury again.
