Evening Primrose

A hot sunny day, some breeze thankfully. 

Tried some bland food with my drinking water today! Feeling stronger so hopefully won't take too much longer to get back to normal. Lunchtime A and D bought my son to me from the station and we all had a pleasant afternoon chatting and trying to keep cool. This evening K came round and it wasn't until he went to leave that I realised I hadn't taken a blip, so quick shot in the garden again! I also lost the pin from my glasses so not the best way of taking a photo. Trip to opticians tomorrow!
