Deception

I made it to Parkrun this morning. 

After acupuncture on Thursday and then osteopathy yesterday, I was not sure how my left leg would be. It was better than I expected. All good. 

Apart from Parkrun my day has been relatively quiet. I suppose the new football season will arrive soon enough and my Saturday afternoons will become busy again. 

My Blip is the start of the course. It is deceptive. It was very windy - not cold or unpleasant unless you were having to run into it.
