Sourdough

Think this the best looking sourdough I have made, it is made with 25% Cotswold. Crunch flour and having had a couple of slices now it tastes good as well
Popped to the supermarket for a few bits early on this morning before it got busy
I then checked out the repair on the organ and reassembled it so by late afternoon ready to continue 
It has been up to 32c today and still just over 30 so it’s been far too hot for us to be outside and I think to hot to continue to tune the organ 
Looks like a couple more days like this so just keeping cool some cloud and a breeze
