Shopping!

Everything is a long way in the States.  Not entirely true, but people here do not seem to balk at distances we would think twice about and in slow traffic on highways with many more lanes than our motorways! 

We went shopping to Uniqlo and Flax.  In Uniqlo I bought some light slacks for when we go to Paso where it is very hot and some socks.  Guess who forgot to pack socks! 

Flax is a fabulous arts place .  We’ve been their previous years.  But I didn’t actually buy anything this time!  Did wonder about a huge woody but resisted! 

I believe the old factory is in the process of being pulled down but not for anything better.  Just a warehouse for Amazon.  

I think we are off out to dinner tonight!
