Further my skills

Walk

Son R. (aka Renfrebar) and I made 34km walk between Gochsheim (close to Schweinfurt) and Zeil am Main (close to Haßfurt). R. wanted to get to Dresden tonight, so this would bring him quite a bit closer to his goal.
Weather forecast was good, with only chance of rain between 12 and 1. Well, it drizzled from our start till about 3pm. Not really funny. Fortunately only our shoes, insoles and socks got soaking wet and still were as we reached our goal at 5pm. The rest was wet but dried in the last two hours.

Due to the splendid weather I made very few photos. My entry today is of a small alley we passed through. Actually, we at first missed it, although I was looking at my GPS quite frequently. It was just too small, the entrance less than one metre, and no sign at all.
The village is called Untereuerheim, with an interesting Saint Gall(us)-church and an ancient (hundreds of years old) disc cross in front of the church.

Perhaps next time better. My plan is to walk further until the Czech border, so some stages left for him to select from.
