Juggling

In terms of domestic chores today I (a) sorted out the garden waste bin collection, which, contrary to the councils website I had not received an email about last month, (b) watched with well hidden frustration while a man took 10 minutes and charged me an extortionate amount of money to change the oven element (note to self, buy the right screwdriver to do this myself next time), (b2) cleaned the oven and (c) wrangled two surprisingly compliant cats into their carriers and juggled them into the car and vet for their routine check up (Himself usually helps with this but wasn't much help with one arm).

For work I caught up on last week's emails, did some prep for next week and planned a stand for a recruitment event I'm taking part in in a couple of weeks time.

As it's Friday, I then went to the pub.
