Eryngium x zabelii  'Big Blue'

I'm sure last year this did not flower, in previous years it has been a magnet for bees. It is bigger and with more flowers at the moment than ever before. It has only just turned to the blue colour so maybe soon it will be ready for them. I will be ready with my camera so expect some bee shots. 

This is growing in the little flowerbeds within my pond area. The ferns next to it are doing well also.
