Sight for Sore Eyes

This is at Aros - haven’t seen any hoverflies in our garden this year. There are generally fewer insects than ever (apart from ticks and midges). I wish people would stop using pesticides and herbicides in their gardens. Even a lot of plants bought from garden centres etc have been treated and are adding to the problem. We are paying a heavy price to have our colourful pristine gardens.
