Silvia

You saw her the other day being weighed.
She had to remove some cysts from the ganglion. A rare condition that the doctors felt had to be taken care of before it caused trouble or become malignant over time. The procedure is quite complicated because of the facial nerve responsible for the movements of the mouth when smiling or whistling, it´s as fine as a hair and very difficult to find aside from all the important mussels and blood vessels in that area of the neck.
Today she had a follow up consultation and everything is just fine.
Only she has to be observed periodically to see if the condition reoccurs.

Here showing the scar.
The doctors did such a great job it looks more like a scratch.
I m very grateful to the whole team of very young doctors and nurses.
