A bear!!

Discovered that the bears are within walking distance of the vet hospital! The current bears at Perth Zoo have actually come from Free the Bears rescue centre in Cambodia... and they are typically sensitive sunbears... Can't blame them at all really. They were both illegally captured from the wild as cubs and have been through severe emotional trauma.

This is the male Jamran. He's much leaner and taller than the sunnies I worked with in Vietnam... They were all soft and squishy with rolls upon rolls ;)

I am a terribly slack commenter of late!!! I just sit down to catch up and then something happens to drag me away from the computer again. But I will get round to you all eventually!
