A branch for brunch

We had a family day today and Danny made an amazing brunch picnic, with breakfast sandwiches - bacon and egg - delightful.
We had such a lovely couple of hours at The Tree... Reading, some of us swimming, bat and ball... Really lovely. A strong breeze was very much needed as we've got August temperatures and humidity, except we're only in June!!! Eeek. Not good.
Home and Danny went off to shop for community dinner this evening and I got tidying and cleaning. 
Great to have everyone round for tea and Bible. Such a lovely bunch of people. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Time as a family. Danny and I have been juggling the kids this week, so it was good to have unrushed time as a 4.
2) Nate's delight at the cat snoozing on his bed this evening - "this really is so wonderful Mommy!"
3) The sound of the sea.
