Full day

Early morning dog walk at 6.00am when it was already warming up.  Caught up with ironing on my return.  Fed hound and was out of the house at 7.45.  I had to get my bicycle in at 8am for a service and to be ready by noon.  Managed that.

Sat on a bench reading until time for hair appointment at 9am.  Out of salon by 9.30. Walked to the city centre to Boots to deposit expired medications human and canine.

Headed to Ori cafe in John Lewis to meet bestie Anna.  Bumped into Gail, former colleague of at least fourteen years back and had a quick catch up while she waited for her friend.

Had very good catch up with Anna.   She's very much looking forward to visiting me in Sheringham and has even found out about  
the bus timetable of Cambridge to Sheringham which is a step ahead of me.

Left Anna at noon, walked to the bicycle shop to pick up my bike and head home.  Lunch then cleared a pantry shelf.  A few items past best before date. 

Sat and read in the garden for an hour.

Mr started some clearing.  It certainly doesn't put him in a good mood.  Needs must.

It's been a long day.  Tomorrow looks a warm day from early on so a 5 or 6am walk is imminent if the hound is to have a comfortable outing.
