orders from the Boss

It starts just over a week ago; a throat full of razor blades and lot of coughing and spluttering.  But it’s the tiredness, the fatigue that gets me.  Not even having the energy to pick up the remote control.

We know of someone who’s tested positive for Covid.  But we’ve not been in touch for a while.  I do a test but it’s negative.

Strangely enough one of my brothers-in-law has the very same symptoms as me.  And over the same timescale. Anniemay and her sister share regular updates.  But the thing is - he lives over 200 miles away, and I’ve not seen him for a couple of years.

Anniemay, meanwhile is a picture of health and waiting on me hand and foot.  Carry on nurse.
