Ardmore Beach

It's a rather dull and damp day here but it is still nice to get out for a walk on the beach.  Ardmore is a lovely little village and it had been a long time since I had been there, even though it is only about 40 minutes from where I live in Cobh.

Yesterday was a lovely day, Declan looked after me so well and then in the evening there was a small surprise dinner for me with my family...   It is not the end of my birthday month so back to normal now for another year !
