Net gain

A day of waiting indoors for Parcelforce to pick up R's bicycle for delivery to its new owner down in London, which eventually happened in the afternoon after I'd been to the opticians once again for a follow up test and stopped off on the way back home for a photo. Which turned out to be one of a young Herring Gull. It was either that or a photo of a big cardboard box held together by lots of gaffer tape.
