Productive Day

Despite my knee still bothering me and high fibro fatigue, I had a very productive Wednesday.

Ran a few errands and spotted a British Liver Trust Roadshow in Dumfries Town Centre raising awareness of liver health and conducting FibroScan screening.

Feeling grateful that my liver is in good health, a score of 4.1 kPa - a healthy liver reading is eight or below. I highly recommend you get one if it visits your area, it takes less than fifteen minutes all in.

I hope to catch up with journals properly tomorrow, exhausted but a good day all round.
