Good morning good yawning

When I'm the only option in the morning Leia will demand cuddles.  But as soon as she realises Ben is in the room she makes a beeline for him.  There is no doubting he's her favourite.

Talking of bees... I've set up my beehive and started putting together some brood frames.  Due to a lack of confidence, general busy-ness and procrastination I'm very late to the party on this and chances are nothing will happen until next year.  But huge thanks to Kate and Mark who have furnished me with bee-stuff.

If you are wondering the title is a reference to 'The Patchwork Cat' by William Mayne - a favourite in this house.
