Flowers and a chimney pot

This morning I went to belly dancing then picked F up and we went to the celebration of B, one of the members of our bowling group that had sadly died.

It was a lovely event and great to hear about his career as an engineer in the RAF before retiring and living in France before arriving in Oswestry.  We were very fond of him, a lovely quiet, unassuming but very friendly and humorous man that will be missed.

The afternoon was mostly spent trying to sort out F's prescription that he was given by Hereford Hospital two weeks ago. It's a saga going on since then as they didn't put his name and address on it.  No joy from the chemist's or doctor's . Phone call to the hospital should have sorted it so today a visit to the chemist, no joy, two visits to a different chemist that promised that they acn sort it.  We shall see!

My blip is a little flower bed in F's garden with an old chimney pot that he found in the garden when he moved in.
