Assessment D1

A mixed bag of weather today, but this was definitely the best bit. 
Validating my annual QA process by assessing for a different organisation, so not my usual sort of candidates but a lovely bunch, who did really well.
Also lovely to be working with NothinggetsLost. Out for pizza and planning this evening as tomorrow won't be this nice...
