Aiguille du Midi

We have come to Chamonix to escape the heat.   It is still 30 degC in the day but nice and cool at night.

We got the cable car up the Aiguille du Midi where there were a lot of climbers.   This picture isn't that impressive until you realise that this rock had about 1000 metres of free space below it.   They were level with us in the viewpoint which was 3842 metres high.   I'm not good with heights and just looking at these climbers gave me a panic attack.
