Long day at the ward. Heard that everyone from that ward is looking for a way out of there. And the management is doing nothing so that the working environment would be better. On the contrary.. If last year it was difficult to get replacement for the shift, this year - to save cost - they don't even try. 

Anyway. I saw the manager and she promised to try solve the matter that I have with the temp agency and how the shifts are not showing to me. I've been trying to solve it for 6 months with them. Twice they have promised to call the manager. I asked today, they have not. 

But with me talking to the manager, my work situation looks better. I'm still doing shifts as temp, which is better for me as I can say no if I'm tired or the shift doesn't suit me. But from now on I should have "access" to 4 wards and not just one, so that's naturally so much better. And there's the farm too. Plus the other agency. I hope this helps me to schedule school and work better.
