Taken near our tax assessor where I completed our tax returns for last calendar year. All fine, if income down . . . I know what caused the hole as a major project went biannual, so was not there last year but is back this year!

One financial instrument came to maturity during 2024. It was set up originally to attract only 3.2% Spanish capital gains tax instead of the usual 20%, so the hit on that was less than expected!
