In with the new

A negative test this morning was hoped for but I still feel a bit bunged up, however I took it as a sign to get on with things. Picked up some shopping before lunch which was homemade marrow (courgette grown overly big!) and leek soup with a soupçon of garlic, cumin and turmeric for flavour.

A turn around Newbattle in the afternoon and an early dinner before our regular Rotary meeting although this evening was a once a year occurrence, the handing over the president role from one person to another.
