Pollen

A bumblebee in a California Poppy, Eschscholzia californica. The garden is busy with flowers, birds and insects. Really just what I hoped it would be. Hopeless night and I'm washed out today but there is a treat in store to energise me. 


The girls finish school today and, as has become tradition,  we will pick them up at 1pm, have a walk in the local nature reserve and go for ice cream. Both six year olds have completed their P1 year and the ten year old has finished P5. They all deserve their summer holiday.
